Never use the worktops as a cutting surface because knives can leave notches in any material.

Clean the work surface in the same manner as the laminated doors.

Never set any hot pots directly from the stove onto the worktop. Always use trivets.

Shiny surfaces are more susceptible to scratches, therefore, only use mild cleaners without scouring additives.
